Microsoft Insiders: June Updates
New tools, articles, courses and discussions—let's get caught up!
Hello Insiders!
Apologies for the extended absence in your inbox. Dean and I have been working on a number of things that we’re excited to share with you.
First up, our latest podcast episode went live yesterday. Episode 4: Divergence in Practice. Available on Spotify, Apple, and here in Substack:
Next, in case you missed it, our LinkedIn Learning course went live on June 3rd! And, for now, it’s available for free. Use it as a 1-hr quick start or refresher on the patterns and practices of the book. We’ll be choosing 5 learners from the first 500 (we’re at 380 as of yesterday) who share on LinkedIn that they completed the course and will send them a signed limited print edition of the first bonus chapter.
As for articles, Dean and I have both been sharing new content on our LinkedIn profiles and resharing it to the book’s page. If you’re not following us or the book there, please join us. Some recent articles:

McKinsey Author Talk: The Insider’s Guide to Innovation at Microsoft - Dean
Catch up on everything and never miss a post by following the book’s LinkedIn page.
Finally, my partners at Regenerous Labs and I launched a new 90-min live training session available to leaders who want to bring the practices of the book to their teams, access new AI-powered tools to support turning those practices into habits, and lay the groundwork for building a culture that can adapt in real-time—something that is quickly becoming required not just for thriving, but surviving in the age of AI.
Want to know more? Use our Contact form and make sure to select “Speaking/Training.” We’ll get back to you within the week! If you think your team would benefit but you need to convince your boss, share this page too.
Now booking sessions for the second half of July and beyond.
That’s it for this edition. We’d love to hear from you in the comments, on LinkedIn, or direct message. Let us know how your innovation journey is going and any feedback you have for making this community a high-value space.
Onward!
